RETURNS

We don´t take Returns if:

  1. We don`t take returns when You acknowledge that the Products, when printed, may vary from the User Content as displayed on-screen, such as due to how computers display colours. Such deviation between on-screen User Content and physical Products that are not due to printing errors shall not be deemed a defect.
  2. We don`t take returns for not right size ordered T-Shirts. Also, we don´t take returns of T-shirt with unwanted or unexpected color.
  3. We don`t take responsability and not resending new products: if the order was made with wrong Address and you don´t get the Products.
  4. We will not refund if: the order has already been maded, we can not stop production.
  5. If we have not received from you a complaint in writing within 14 days after receipt, we shall have
    no liability for any defect.

We take Returns if:

If there are defects discovered, such as damage to the delivered Products, errors in the number or
quantity of the delivered Products or lack of quality of the delivered Product not caused by lack of
quality of the User Content, you should provide us with photographic or other documentary evidence
of the existence of a defective Product. If we are agree, then can be made Returns or refund for the
defective Products. Conditions dawn below.

  1. Return should be made within 14 days.
  2. Product condition: unused and in original packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs: cost goes to customer.
  4. Refund method: only on Paypal, shipping cost will be not Refunded.
  5. Return and refund process details: please, write on E-Mail: info@ap-artpassion.com within 14 days, then you will receive all information.

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 14 days from the estimated delivery date.

  1. Customer should take a look at the order if there: address was correct filed with complete information in order and allready hast contacted carrier.
  2. The order is not marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Lost order claim should be submitted within 14 days from the Estimated Delivery Date and There were no recent updates made by the shipping carrier in the tracking link.

*Can be gived one time valid coupon with a 20% Discount.

*This coupon can be applied to another order with a 20% discount for a small damaged
(photographic evidence provided) without return from first order.
